off the tree. The tree is
losing petals. One of the
petals fell on my nose. I
had nectar on my nose.
It tickled my nose. "Stop it!
It's too ticklish" I said to the tree.

At school we held a cross country and we jumped over the wire fence and over a wooden fence and in to the plantation and we had to go down a steep hill and under the goalpost to the finish line.
I felt tired and hot at the end.

At cross country we faced Pukehou and Argyll East. I came 4th. I just had to beat 2 Pukehou kids and one Poukawa kid. It was awesome as. I jumped the fence, ran round the plantation, round the cone and through the goal posts. I sprinted as fast as I could across the finish line.

| These are Marc's goals for writing. Pink indicates goals he has mastered. |
Hannah's lamb came to school yesterday.
The lamb has a cute face. It had furry legs, as furry as a grizzly bear. She had bumpy hooves at the end of her long legs and pointy little toes.
I loved it when she wagged her "waggily" tail.
