Fairy tales

Fairy tales are all a go in our class. We are gearing up for Snow White and the 7 dwarves and will be starting practices very soon. 

Measuring room 1 style

We have been busy learning about measurement. We have measured all sorts of objects like the windows and doors, books, chair legs and even people.  Here Tristan is being measured by a long rope made of pink play dough!  We have talked about bigger and longer and skinnier and fatter,  shorter and smaller and even teeny tiny.  PS. We did also learn to measure with rulers.
